Trademark infringement report fails with Order ID
I tried to complain about a trademark infringement by a Chinese seller. I placed a trial order and successfully received the goods, but when I submitted the complaint, I always received the following result:
-- The order ID that you provided was not valid. Please confirm that you successfully completed the order and entered the correct numbers in a comma-separated list. Check that the order IDs capture all items selected for removal.
This is extremely unreasonable, because I used the order ID to create the complaint form, everything is still ok. I created a support contact for this failed complaint but still received very mechanical and duplicate responses. I look forward to receiving more detailed support from Amazon's team.

Today I continue to complain about trademark infringement against another Chinese seller with a new Order ID. I just received the goods successfully, and still receive the above notice, and no clear explanation. I was really disappointed. I don't understand if amazon is protecting the trademark owner or protecting the infringing sellers
