What is considered Expedited shipping?
I received an order that shows expedited shipping as the chosen shipping method but it is a 4lb item and the buyer was only charged $11.37 for shipping. Is Priority Mail considered expedited? If I have to ship this with overnight shipping it will cost me more that $80.00 more than the buyer paid for shipping which, after considering the cost for me to purchase the item plus shipping expenses, it would make the shipping cost more than what I paid for the item plus shipping and packaging costs. I called Amazon and was on the phone for 30 minutes with a rep trying to get an answer and was eventually told that she couldn't answer the question and that I would receive a reply via email. If I don't get it out today I will get dinged for a late shipment and I may end up getting a canceled order because it wasn't shipped on time. If I ship it out with USPS Priority Mail today will that be considered expedited?

It depends on what you have it set to. If you are an individual seller, the default time is 2-6 business days, but it can be changed to 1-3 business days. If you are a professional seller, then it will depend on what you set it at in the shipping template.
For the order you need to fulfill, you need to choose a shipping method that will have it there by the delivery by date on the order. If you are using Amazon's buy shipping, then it will show you shipping options that Amazon believes will have it there in time.
