How to report / delete customer review?
Looking for an effective way to remove several customer reviews.
- Option to contact seller support and ask for review removal is no longer available in sellercentral.
- Report button option is usless, can't give any arguments here.
- community-help eta amazon - they are not responsive ussually.

Do you mean product review ? - or seller feedback ?. If review then as far as I know it is not possible to remove. To remove feedback it has to meet one of the criteria and must be done via feedback manager.

It will not happen. We have had a negative review left by someone by accident. They contacted Amazon customer services to try to retract it and nothing happened. We had all the messages on a screenshot apologising for leaving a bad review meant for another seller. The customer got us mixed up with another seller,. Amazon could not care less - reviews stick good or bad regardless of how unfair they are. We have a 5 star review for the same reason - customers mixing us up with some other seller for an unrelated product. Swings and roundabouts.
To get a review removed the person leaving it would have to use an expletive or some such thing. None of the reasons we have ever had fit the feedback manger option, so will never get a fair appraisal. Subsequently we read company reviews and reply to the negatives which are are in the minority. Nothing we can do about product reviews so do not read them. If we had a consistant pattern on a product we would do something about that i.e. remove the product.

it always struck me as grotesquely unfair that the ability for a seller to reply to reviews was taken away.

they say if it doesn’t fall in to the community guidelines they they won’t remove. However we have pointed out on one star product review which just talks about a none delivery hitch they would not remove. The buyer originally gave a one star review on the seller feedback Amazon removed this because it was through the Amazon buy shipping so the buyer then thought give a one star review on the product review.When we dug deeper we discovered there were a group of mature males all doing the similar thing like some coordinated activity to discredit our account. If this A1 systems were any good Amazon would know many sellers are subjected to kind of behaviour. Observation as a buyer myself I noticed many reviews fall under the heading of defamatory whether it’s the product that’s being defamed or service.

It's impossible to get a review removed - I've tried with one asin where the customer used the word cr.p but it's obviously not a swear word in Amazons world even though I've disguised it here and certainly wouldn't want a child to see it, especially when the product is actually in the toys category
