Disbursement Payment Cancelled by Amazon

Good Day,

We have an urgent concern regarding our payment disbursement for May 6-20,2021, after the payment had passed the scheduled payout and processing phase, it showed a notification under Payout Status that it was cancelled. Once you click summary page for that specific disbursement, there was a message stating " Amazon has canceled your transfer of funds". For more information, see Account under Review" Upon clicking that notification, it let us know that our account was under review and that a notification was sent to our Performance Notifications with more information. But we didn’t receive any email or any other notification of this cancellation, as we needed to go directly to the disbursement page to see it was cancelled. There wasn’t any notification there either.

Is there any other reason why the payment might have been cancelled? Our deposit and charge methods are both up to date as well. How can we get the cancelled payment? We are requesting for your prompt action to resolve this issue.
