THere is nothing you can do now. Amazon is not reviewing appeals for reactivation when the account was deactivated for section 3 + drop shipping

So this brings up one simple question:

Were you dropshipping?

If "yes", then your account is deservedly permanently shut down. You will never be allowed to sell on Amazon again, and there is a very good chance that you will not receive any of the funds from the out-of-policy sales you've made in the past.

If you have in fact NEVER dropshipped (not even one single time 2 years ago), then there is a slight chance you can recover. But you will need to prove to Amazon that this is the case. You'll need things like ALL of your invoices from a supplier, showing that you had the inventory prior to selling it, and shipping records showing that you shipped ALL of your orders from your business.

But the last line of the notice pretty much states that Amazon is already convinced that you dropshipped. And if you ever did, even just once, without following the policy to the letter, then your best course of action is to start looking for another source of income; you're done here, and there is nothing you can do to change that.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the deactivation of your account. I understand it is due to a drop shipping violation. The response to this type of violation will depend on your situation. How do you source your products? What kind of process do you have in place for ensuring that the supplier is verifiable? Do you do the shipping yourself? What kind of packaging do you utilize? Does it have you identified as the brand?

If you do not believe there was any drop shipping is happening, then you will need to supply sufficient evidence of this. If you have invoices or tracking details that can show the origination of your product, then you will want to provide this for evidence.

If there was drop shipping occurring, you will want to provide all of the details associated with the violation. Be sure to include specific order IDs that were impacted by the issues you encountered. You will need to supply information regarding the steps that you have taken to resolve the identified concerns.

There will also need to be information regarding how you will be moving forward with your operations. If you are putting in processes into place to prevent these issues from reoccurring, you will want to provide specific details regarding what this looks like. The appeal should build a strong foundation for your business model and show an understanding of the policies.

If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this situation, continue to refer here for support.
