I am getting so frustrated with Amazon and they customer service. I sell adult products and “LORD KNOWS” I do understand that it’s in a restricted category. However I should be able to find my product within the Amazon catalog when I search from another page I can’t find my item “NO WHERE” but my inventory (says active) . No matter how I type it in Amazon search bar. I tried adding a coupon and discount to one of the ASINs, when I type the ASIN In I get a message saying “no item is found with this ASIN”

This what makes me mad, there are several companies on Amazon that sells the same exact product as me, have nasty words, and they can be found by ASIN, and Title.

Then I call Amazon and someone picks up the phone that speaks NO ENGLISH and now I have to smash the phone to my ear to understand what they are saying or hang up and call back and pray thy I get someone I can understand.
