There's no email or notification stating what is going on and how to get this resolved. My case got forwarded to another Amazon team and as I am reading up on this issue, it looks like this team does not respond.

same here, since SEPTEMBER with ZERO resolve. Just check everyday & when u see you can early withdraw money, do it. WHENEVER your told "internal team" will get back to you, just KNOW - NOTHINGS GOING TO BE RESOLVED. Welcome to amazon, where your forced to deal with it & they go against their own policies.

You should go through your emails instead, I think the fund is frozen because of a court order. Check your emails.

I have the same problem. Amazon is withholding my disbursement even though the phone agent from India promised me that I would get my disbursement on 12-11-2023. The phone call was made on 12/08/2023 at 10:34 and lasted 1 hour and 25 mins (25 min wait time). I have called Amazon many times since then (through the phone app) and have waited many hours but no one picks up the phone. Something very wrong is going on at Amazon

Amazon is a Criminal Syndicate. Lawsuits are the only thing to which Amazon responds. Friendly emails to legal team are always nice.

I do hereby request that you send me a copy of the phone call made between Amazon Associate in India and XXXXXXXXXX Amazon Seller.
Most media file formats will be acceptable.
The phone call was initiated at XX:XX AM EST on December X, 2023, and lasted exactly X hrs and XX minutes (including a long wait time).
In the phone call, the Amazon Associate assured me that I would be paid on December XX, 2023 as per Amazon 2 week disbursement policy. I asked him to put his assurance in writing but he refused. I asked to speak with his manager but he refused. He repeatedly assured me that I would be paid. In addition, he coerced me into signing up for a website in Japan as an illogical way to remedy the absurd multiple account "policy violation" that Amazon has levied against me. He laughed at my concerns many times and the customer service experience was atrocious.

If I do not receive the file within 3 business days, a subpoena from a court will be issued.
