We do not have Premium shipping. But from what I understand Amazon is saying that you have the option to offer next day and 2 day shipping to your customers -- for FBM.

Do you have a screenshot of this email? I'd like to review the details further. Premium Shipping typically applies to seller-fulfilled shipping, not FBA - so I'm unsure what the email is referring to.
