Locked out of my account due to unusual activity since 6 months, still charged every month

I've been locked out of my account since 6 months now, it says we have temporarily locked your account due to unsual activity, my inventory has been destroyed by amazon and the account has been deactivated over time. I managed to schedule an interview for identity verification through my employee account but they require merchant id. I cannot obtain my merchant id as i'm locked out of my main account. Amazon has been consistenltly charging every month from my credit card yet no one at their support team is available to provide any resolution to my issue. Can somebody please help me or offer some advice on how can I unlock this account?
