giving access to third party
HI can anyone please help. We have some amazon issues which we are trying to get help on I have given up with months and months of seller central support and getting no where, honestly amazon should review this part of the business. that aside in order to get help we are trying to give access via email to manage permission on our account to another party, even this amazon is not helping us, we keep getting the below and its been several weeks
1. Error message is

Your information has been submitted and is currently under review. Once the review is complete, you will be notified with an updated status within 24 hours through an email. This process may take up to 2 weeks.
2. URL of error is below

3. Its been several weeks this error and its not fixed this is very very urgent
we are now at the stage where stocks going to be destroyed and we cannot even change listings as everything is locked hence wanting support which we cannot do.
