East ship orders not getting picked up
We have been continuously facing the issue of easy ship orders not getting picked up. We have contacted seller support multiple times and their response is to simply fill up the form which is not helpful at all.
We are losing revenue on orders and orders are getting cancelled too.

When you fill out the form, does it generate any case ID that you could share with me?

Please note that as of now u can contact directly to ATS guy for the same who got assigned to pick ur order.
Within Assign date and time period if u go to manage order on the top u will find the link to contact ATS guy.
ex if it's it 11 to 2
then if check after 11 you will be able to connect with them.

We also faced similar kind of issues and we lost serious business due to easy ship. We would recommend you to switch to self ship and start shipping your orders.
Unfortunately Amazon team will not support you in this case.
