My account has been deactivated for unknown reason
My new account has been deactivated for unknown reason. I don't know why? As a single mother with a few kids to raise, life has been so tough. I really have no idea what to do. Can anybody please help?

You should have received an email from Amazon stating a reason. If you have questions about it, you can post the contents of the email here for help.

Almost ALL new accounts are immediately deactivated so that Amazon can verify all the information you provided to open the account.
As long as you didn't play fast and loose with the information it only takes a few days normally to become active again.
Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.

Be sure you only sell what you are authorized to sell and what you sourced properly from authorized wholesale sources.

If you came here to sell Retail arbitrage....just don't......

Everyone is deactivated, til they go over your account paperwork, perhaps to check out what you are selling to make sure its legit. Where you are sourcing your products, etc.....
You didn't give enough information, but one day you will appreciate that they don't allow anyone to sell anything. It could be your product that someone is trying to pass off as theirs, and you lose profits. You will understand one day.
Be patient, if all is good, and you checked out their policy, not thru You tube, and have something unique to sell, then you will be up & running in a few weeks. Use this time to go over Seller University over and over again.
Also read the forums, and do your research. Its not a get rich quick place. I have my own product, and I can survive, but I didn't get rich, and its been 10 years, not so quick. Thankfully I never quit my other part time job.
Best of luck!!

For new accounts, Amazon will normally requires you to submit utility bills or appoint an online video verification if they thought there is any problem with your account. That is called BAP (Bad Actor Prevention). You can have a phone call with the account health specilaist to get the details.

Hi @Seller_urr1rAHlHEoQY,
Thank you for your post and performance notification you have shared. While you have already received some guidance from the community, I wanted to reach out as well.
Can you share when this account was created? Also, have you been able to make any sales prior to the deactivation, or was this account deactivated immediately after it was created? As others have stated, if the deactivation was immediate, you will likely need to complete the verification process. This would typically involve submitting a utility bill or business license. It is important to note that any submitted information would need to adhere the "Document Requirements" section of the Global Seller Identity verification policy. In addition to the requirements found there, a submitted utility bill will also need to be dated within the last 90 days and will need to exactly match the contact information within your account. In their reply @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp gives some great guidance here.
If some time has passed from the account's creation and its deactivation, there may be additional information that is needed. If this is your scenario, I would advise you to navigate to your Account Health page. From there, you should see a red banner containing a yellow "Submit Appeal" button. By utilizing this button, you should be redirected to the appeals page, and will receive further instruction there regarding what information is needed.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy

Can you access your account health page still?
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard
This will more than likely give you all the information you need to know to get your account back up. In addition, Amazon is usually NOT secretive about shutting down account, they usually send you emails and put notifications on your account as to what is wrong or what they need from you. Go back and look over anything you rec'd from them. Maybe it ended up in a SPAM folder or maybe you deleted it by mistake (look in your TRASH folder).

First level of Verification is a Personal ID and a Bank Account Statement.
Second level of Verification is a piped utility bill or a business license and making sure your card is entered into Seller Central.
Third level of Verification is a video interview, where you get to show off your paperwork. Sometimes they send out a postcard with a verification number on it as well.
did you finish all three levels of verifcation?

Hello @Seller_urr1rAHlHEoQY,
I see that you have received valuable guidance from the community already and I would like to ask a few more questions.
Thank you so much. I was told to "To reactivate your account please provide the documents listed below. You can upload up to 10 files that total a max file submission of 10MB.
A bill that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, water, or internet service with name and address visible.
Business license (if applicable)"
Since you posted this, were you able to submit the documents requested? If so, what was the outcome? After any submission, you will receive a follow up performance notification with the review team's conclusion. You can screenshot the notification and post it here after you have removed all personal information for us to review.
I look forward to learning more, and remember the Seller Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
