Customer review removal
Our product with ASIN B0CRTM3PKP has received a completely baseless and misleading feedback and one star rating from a customer (order ID: 171-1955879-5533928), seemingly with the malicious intent of stopping the book’s sales. Here are our clarifications.
1. This book includes all updates until November 5th. The amendments to SA 450 and SA 800 series were released by ICAI at the end of December 2024, which are not available in any book yet. These updates have already been provided to students via a PDF, accessible through a Telegram QR code printed on the back of the book. You may check it yourself.
2. There is nothing missing in this book. No other customer has mentioned any such issue. A Telegram channel is available for frequent updates, and you can verify this as well.
3. This book is multi-color, as clearly shown on the product pages. If the customer wanted a black and white book then he should not have ordered this book. The customer has falsely criticized it with malicious intent, which is entirely misleading.
4. This is a textbook, not a notebook or register, so it does not contain blank pages for student notes. Nowhere in the product description it is mentioned that such blank pages are included. Also there is no need to include blank pages in any textbook.
It is evident that this review has been deliberately posted to harm the book’s sales and is entirely baseless. Kindly remove it as soon as possible.
