APEX process taking so long - over 100 new fake ASINs have been created.

We completely understand and appreciate the process, but this is taking WAY too long. Giving the scam sellers 3 weeks to join the APEX case is much too long. There were 17 ASINs reported in the first case that is under review. Now there are over 100 new fake listings for my product that is fully patent protected and our trademark it active but pending.

The biggest issue is that additional fake sellers have hi-jacked my listing and are listing super low and bogus prices to dominate the Buy Box featured offer, so now actual customers can't even find my brand. When you go to my store and click to buy my product, they are actually getting the sale??? Insane!!!

I'm getting returns everyday for "found better price", even though we KNOW they are counterfeit and not actually shipping. I have personally purchased from a few of them and I have yet to receive even 1 product. ALL of the sellers are from China and either have TERRIBLE reviews stating "product never received" or some other horror story from previous sales.

Our product has always been manufactured right here in the USA to try to avoid any knockoffs and counterfeits. We made this product from scratch, had an injection mold made, and produce all of our units. We have a CLOSE and personal relationship with our entire process and no inventory is given to ANY sellers outside our company to sell.

How is it that these stores are even allowed to remain open, and why are they able to just ruin my brand, storefront, customer base, etc... so easily? They aren't even trying to hide, as they are using my pictures, videos, brand name, EVERYTHING. I hope this case can wrap up soon, so I can report the next batch. Since the APEX tool only allows up to 20 ASINs per report, I should be able to report multiple at the same time.

This process is rewarding the fake listers with profits by scamming my small business customers, which happen to be all high school students and college graduates.

Can someone at Amazon please help speed up this process and escalate the timeframe please?

Thank you!

Hello @Seller_rWnSOhJMARd72,

Is there a Case with Seller Support you can share with me containing the information of the different ASINs being affected with this problem?

I would like to compile the information and connect with the appropriate team in order to have this situation reviewed.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Ricardo
