The issue is very crucial for us as we are going to do labeling on products according to what you say.

we could check the contents where is "The labeling with the Responsible Person or importer information can be attached to the product, its packaging, the parcel, or an accompanying document. However, the labeling with the manufacturer information must be placed on the product,"

Please tell us should we just put the information only manufacturer's name and contact information?

Is there any other mandatory information we should put on the products?

(We assumed that we don't need to put RP information. Because putting RP information on products is not mandatory but is optional according to the information above.)
