My payment was canceled, and my available funds now show as zero. I believe there is no issue with my account health. Could you please clarify if my account has been put under review, as I did not receive any notification in the performance notifications section or via email?
I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter because I require these funds to pay my suppliers.
I have been trying to contact customer service for the past two days. I opened two separate cases, but each time I was informed that my issue was being transferred to another department. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response or solution.

I see that you have concerns that you have not received your funds disbursement and you have questions about why this has occurred.
Typically, if funds are withheld for any reason you will receive a notification or email with the reason why and what your next steps will look like to resolve the concern. If you have not received a notification, it may be due to another issue.

I have checked in on the case logs that you have provided and reached out to the appropriate teams, I was able to learn that this issue stems from your Mexico store. You currently do not have a deposit method assigned in the MX store which has caused issues with your disbursement cycle.
I suggest to assign a deposit method to the MX store to ensure all your stores are in compliance and to resolve the disbursement concern.

I am still experiencing the same issue with my account. Despite my account health being in good standing, I have not received any notification explaining why this situation has occurred. There are no notifications in the Performance notifications, and I did not receive any email from Amazon regarding this matter.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I am unsure why my payments and available funds have been frozen, as I don't believe I have done anything wrong.
I have contacted Amazon support multiple times regarding this matter but have not yet received any assistance. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me. I am feeling quite desperate at this point.
