I just received a n email, congradulating me on my first B2B sale then i received an email from the customer for an invoice?????
What should I do, I received a B2B order, that is fulfilled by amazon , but they want an invoice how do I even do that?
Is it worth it, or is it a hassle?
(I am a new seller)

Well in terms of if its worth it, its a legal requirements if both you and the customer are registered for VAT and its also Amazon Policy.

If your annual turnover is less than £85,000, then you don't need register for VAT unless you wan to voluntarily register. For B2B customers you can allow amazon to file VAT on your behalf.
For sending an invoice to B2B customer, you need to wait for the order to be expedited and after that then go to the order details and click on manage invoice which is at the top, which then you can download and send to customer via message.

it’s quite simple, create an invoice and photograph it then attach to a message to the buyer or, set up auto invoicing by following the link in the email

It's also a good idea to begin your adult life by being honest and not lying in your amazon selling application regarding your age.
