REAPPLY FOR BRAND REGISTRY
I have been going back and forth on an open case for brand registry that keeps getting denied for Tax ID reasons. I need to close this case so I can reapply but nothing is working to do so. I’ve contacted support several times and tried to appeal. I have asked them to close the case and have also tried to close it myself but it still remains open and says my account is locked for 90 days. Is there any way to close this case so I can reapply with correct information? I have yet to launch my product but have inventory on the way to Amazon so I need this resolved before then in order to have my brand name on my listing

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I think I have located your current appeal case as ID 17547274521; is that correct?
Generally speaking for Brand Registry enrollment, the team needs to ensure the rights owner of the Trademark is who is applying to enroll the brand and if not, that they are authorized by the rights owner of the TM.
Based on what I see in the case, I do believe you have provided the necessary info that shows the DBA registration and I can escalate that information to the relevant team.
Please just confirm the case I listed above is the correct appeal case and I will move forward.
