Marke von der DPMA auf die EU erweitern - Probleme mit Amazon?
Hallo Zusammen,
ich habe eine deutsche Marke und überlege diese im EU Ausland zu schützen.
In Deutschland ist der Schutz schon aktiv.
Gibt es da Probleme mit Amazon? Denn im Markeplaces im EU Ausland würde dann der Markeninhaber nicht mehr anhand der DPMA eingetragen, sondern anhand des EU Markenamtes.
Habt ihr eine Anwaltskanzlei, wo ihr gute Erfahrungen gemacht habt?

You can register your trade mark at EUIPO organization to protect it at all European countries, at once. You can appiy for registration by yourself. it is a simple procedure. Just follow the instructions and be patient, as you have to wait for months. The procedure is time consuming.
Amazon EU accepts the above process.
