We submitted the wrong test report file
AS for CASE ID 15794854461, Amazon asked Compliance requirements for String Lights, and then we submitted a test report for
Consumer Button Cell Battery by mistake in 8th,August.
We hope amazon can reply us ASAP, we would like to file an appeal about this product,
because the string light to which this policy applies:
String light is a portable and temporary commodity connected through a plug, with a maximum rated input voltage of 120 volts.
But our product is not connected with a plug, its powered by 3 AA batteries.
So the above policies do not apply to our products, please check ASAP, thank you.

I have looked over your ASIN and case, I do see where you advised the product is powered by 3 AA batteries as you did here, however I also see this product comes with a tiny remote to control the lights. Due to this potential concern, we will still require compliance documentation as a part of this product may contain a button cell battery to operate the controller.
If you have supporting documentation that this remote does not contain a button cell battery, you would then be able to verify compliance and that this policy is not associated with the product.

Hello @Seller_hTzMkLcqq7jOY,
Thank you for following up on the situation.
Yes our product comes with a remote control which contains a button cell battery, but at present Amazon required compliance ducuments for string light, not for button cell battery.
And we have submitted a document for button battery in 8th August, we are still waiting for reply. we can provide more information if need, but amazon still haven't reply us yet since 8th August.
As I can confirm the situation is still pending, I have reached out to the appropriate teams to review the situation further. This team does not typically offer or provide any updates on their resolution but if they provide me any updates I will follow up here with you. I would continue monitoring the case ID: 15794854461 for any updates on their end as you will be notified when they make them.
