Amazon uploaded photos unrelated to our product. Not our product
I need some suggestions. The images of my product are no longer showing. When contacting Amazon seller support I only get instructions for downloading images. Above these incorrect images, it states. (These images are currently used by Amazon as part of this product listing.) I would appreciate any advice on this issue. The images are of an unrelated product and have nothing to do with our product.

I would really appreciate any advice on this. I don’t want to remove my product as I have excellent reviews. Amazon loaded 10 photos of a completely different product. The product they loaded is not even close to what we sell. I have the feeling that I will only receive information on downloading photos and that is not the problem

I am not having any success removing incorrect photos from another company. The last response from Amazon is the following. We would also like to inform you that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand.
While we are unable to make updates as per your request, we have sent the changes you requested to the brand owner for consideration.

When contacting Amazon support about removing photos that belong to a completely different product, I was told my image was incorrect. After finding nothing wrong with my photo, I was then told, my account needed to be in good standing. I checked, it was in good standing. Finally I was told that I am not the brand owner. That is news to me. This system needs to be overhauled. There is much deception going on and for what purpose?

I am having the same issue. Certain variants of the same item are showing different photos. and first they said that i was wrong, then i proved i was right, then they said i needed to resubmit my photo - but my photo has been submitted 104i2394024892 times. We recently received some bad reviews because of this AMAZON error and the customer service rep threatened to end our account.
