How do you know if Amazon is sending a post card? I keep trying to have address verified but it keeps saying only phone number verified successfully. I finally emailed support and got canned responses. Then for first time Friday I finally get the email requesting address and phone number verification. Again I click same address but I see nothing saying I’m getting a post card. I recently changed address approximately six week ago. I never got a post card.
It also says enter address and then enter name. I already have name and address in my account so I just keep selecting from the choices.
When it says enter name I enter my business name and it’s same for legal entity.
Are they asking my personal name?
Will the post card code field only show up once I get a post card? This is very frustrating especially since I only received the request Friday giving less than 2 weeks.
Everything else shows verified. Very nervous they will lock my account.

In our experience, once we needed it to verify address, we choose the regular one.
Inmediato, amazon change the screen with the field code verification available, and a tracking for postcard transit: which it will update from process, dispatch, transit and delivered.
it might be- for volume of verification at this time - a glitch or bottle neck… that yours is on limbo.
I’d recommend Not to touch, either update anything from your address until this field clears up or an email is sent to you to do so.

This might help:
1- click on the settings icon and the account
2-go to Business Address and Phone Number
please enter your address, update it, or leave the same.
3 go to Official Registered Address and choose among all the addresses the one identical to the one you entered or saw in step 2.
4 After you choose it you'll see a green checkmark and a notice about "your address has been updated" or some such.
5- Next you are asked to enter your name ( identical to your account name) and a postcard is sent to you.

You should use the call me now button on your account health dashboard. Account health support is tracking all the tech issues and assisting sellers with getting the tech issue resolved.

Did you go on verification page? did you submit for sending postcard? there should be the info about tracking of your postcard.

We are experiencing exactly the same.
Amazon even called us (without us asking them to) as they were checking accounts that hadn't completed the verification process. It is only the address that needs verification. We tried various ways over the phone with them, but it will not go to the verification code page. They said it is either a glitch or we will have to wait, but to keep checking if a card does arrive. They even asked us to raise a case for Amazon to check if it is a glitch and they will help escalate it. We did that over the phone with them and gave them the case number to help chase it through. Guess what, we received a copy and paste reply a couple of hours later just stating we must complete the verification!
We've not heard from them since. Next step is to use the Call Me now button.

yeah, same boat here, after being with amazon for like 20 years ... my goodness amazon you know my address.. just checked again and a post card is being dispatched. must be a bottle neck getting the post cards out amazon's door .. seems amazon would have did this like in January , not wait til the last days

I would strongly recommend you request a call from the Account Health team to confirm that you are waiting for Amazon. The Account Health team is handling the INFORM verifications and should be able to see where you are at in the process and if there is anything needed from you at this time.
Unfortunately, none of the teams at Amazon seem able to talk to one another, so I'm not surprised that Seller Support was unhelpful.

On your phone number you need to add a #1 in front of your area code. Then it amazon should send a post card. Or they did for me anyway.

Keep checking. Eventually you should get the message that they're sending the postcard. I finally got mine - an 8 1/2 by 11 card stock sheet enclosed in a windowed envelope and sent via priority mail, not the small postcard I was looking for. It took a few weeks to arrive, so if they told you they're sending it, you will get it eventually.
