Issue with verification .
Im having this problem with my verification. My account is deactivated and I am following the steps to activate it .I have completed most and have this last one in identity information. When I enter and submit the details for verification. It shows up that it has been sent for verification but when I reload the page , it makes me submit again for some reason .Also I tried contacting Amazon seller support however I receive an automatic email saying I can't contact them because my account is deactivated. I have 60 days to verify or else I can't sell on Amazon.

If you re-load the page it will come up again as it takes up to 15 minutes to register that you have submitted, it does state on there however that they are validating the information which will take up to 24 hours, so you may just need to be a little patient and check again in 24 hours.
Amazon will not be rushed unfortunately and this can be frustrating, but if you keep submitting, each time you do so you will just go to the back of the queue, and your wait starts again.
