Hi, I haven't sold on amazon for some time and amazon asked me to activate my seller's account and provide necessary document. I did so but I have received the following email from amazon
"We have reviewed the documents that you provided, but we could not complete the verification. As a result, your case will be closed, and your account will not be activated. The country of origin that you selected in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country of origin in the documents that you provided"
I'm appliying for 3 days. I'm from Turkey and my document is Turkish government issued. Both during registration and now. Please help!
