Some variants missing main image but same link used for all?

I am uploading a test SKU to learn the bulk template upload, and I'm having an issue I cant figure out.

- All of my variation child SKUs have the same main image

- My image is uploaded to my web server, and meets all of the image requirements ( it works fine when listing this image on a SKU manually on seller central)

So in the spreadsheet the same image URL is pasted in for every child SKU the same in the main image column. Yet 3 of 5 of the child SKUs say they are missing a main image? How can this be when the exact URL is being used on all 5?

Any help would be appreciated.

Could you kindly share the theme you're using for your variation family? It might be the reason why the same main image is appearing.

Regarding the URL issue, have you reached out to seller support about it?
