Dropbox and Amazon issues
Hello,
We use Dropbox to store our images and copy the image links onto a flat file for updates and maintenance of hundreds of SKUs. We have been doing this with success for years. Dropbox recently made some changes to their shared link architecture and now Amazon cannot access any of the images in the upload, returning a 403 error on the processing summary:
"A 403 HTTP status code was received. Ensure that the server or firewall configuration is not blocking Amazon servers from accessing the media."
Dropbox support confirmed our setting were correct and recommended contacting Amazon, Amazon Seller Support doesn't seem to be correctly acknowledging the issue. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hello @Seller_bUzA6zASPVZlE- thanks for surfacing this issue here on forums. While other sellers chime in with their experience, I did want to comment to advise that I won't be able to troubleshoot Dropbox data directly, but if you would like to share your case ID discussing the situation with support, I'd be happy to take a look at the specifics from my end to better advise!
Thanks,
Danny
