So Amazon covers A-to-z claims when Buy Shipping is used but not resubmitted chargeback claims?
This has happened more than once. Amazon defends the initial chargeback claim but then customer resubmits and Amazon refunds the customer at my expense uses the excuse that it is the credit card provider who is reposnsdilbe for causing the refund to be made. Are we not still protected against such claims? Initial claim defense was supported with proof of delivery with signature. Amazon accepted the order, sent it to me to ship and I did with signature required. How can I be debited for a claim Amazon should cover????

Greetings, and thank you for posting on the Forums.
I have included some help pages below on chargeback claims for your reference if needed:
Once you have represented your case and have submitted your response, an Amazon investigator reviews the information provided, creates supporting documentation, and submits it to the issuing bank on your behalf. You will be contacted if further information is required so please continue to monitor your chargeback claims page and email address on file.
Let me know if you've already responded this resubmitted claim.
