Settlement Period
Since January 1st till now our settlement period has not close out and no funds has been made available for disbursement our account is in good standing and this was never a problem as of December 31st. Can someone look into this issue as to what is going on why our periods are not closing properly and our funds are not being disbursed?

Settlement periods take 14 days, isn't it? And today it's January 12.
