Shipment lost due to deleted shipment plan
Hello Everyone,
I just start selling this year, bit inexperienced. Forgive my silly mistake in creating shipment plan.
I created a shipment plan, generated shipping labels and without saving/finishing the shipment plan, shipped the item by UPS. Now I can't see any shipment plan in my shipping queue.
But from shipping labels, I got the shipment ID and UPS tracking which says, shipment delivered to Amazon on March 23rd and 24th (02 boxes).
A month has passed, neither it appeared in stranded inventory nor seller support providing any guidance. I have opened a case multiple times and provided the shipment ID which was on the shipping labels but their answer is "Please know that provided shipment id does not belongs to your account".
Can somebody help me in getting back my inventory? or one of the moderator @Danika_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon escalate the case (Case: ID 12589047891).
