Getting WAY less expedited orders than normal
I have been experiencing a huge dip in expedited sales. I typically will get anywhere between 2-5 expedited shipping sales a day, usually somewhere between 5-15% of total sales are going expedited. Now I am lucky to see 1-3 expedited orders per week.
I am Seller Fulfilled and not FBA
I have checked my Premium Shipping Eligibility and it says I'm good on that front.
I have tried lowering my prices of expedited shipping in case Amazon thought they were too high
I have tried shortening the delivery window to 1-3 days
Nothing appears to be working.
Any ideas?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help! I see you have created a case with the team ending in 24201. I will monitor this to see what the team says. I have a few follow up questions. Have you changed anything in terms of pricing? Has your inventory stock decreased? Trying to understand if anything changed with the account or inventory!

I have had friends attempt to buy items from me but when they go to check out, there is only standard shipping and 2nd day as options. It does not show Expedited shipping as an option at all. It is missing. Why? And how do I fix it?
