How to get rid of the automatic negative replies Amazon sends
Hello.
My seller account is currently disabled. to reactivate it, amazon requires one proof of address and one business license.
I am sending a certificate of incorporation as a business license and I don't think there is a problem with that.
As proof of address amazon says it will only accept the following documents - electricity bill - water bill - internet bill - landline phone bill -
Unfortunately, I didn't have any of these documents to send as proof of address. So I sent Amazon other documents that could serve as proof of address, such as government-issued residency, credit card statements, bank documents, etc.
I think I sent too many of these documents and I think now amazon has marked me as spam.
After 3-4 minutes after I send a message to Amazon, I get an instant negative response. I don't believe a human wrote this message, I think no one is reviewing the appeal I sent.
I provided the invoices that Amazon asked me for and now I have an internet bill in my name. But now, even if I send this invoice, I get an automatic negative response within minutes.
I don't know what to do about it, my seller account is closed and I haven't been able to open it for months. I need your help.
