Amazon is telling me my shipments are going to be late when they aren't
Has anyone had issues with amazon claiming your shipment will be late when it should have more handling time?
This has been randomly happening as of about 2 weeks ago. Is this amazon trying to push their automated system?
I received an order at 1pm and shipped it at 7am the next day.. it was considered late. Amazon is telling me i didn't ship it in time and will not consider any screenshots i send them. Nothing but copy and paste responses with no repeated interactions, it's a new person every time.
The only response i get is to "up the handling time to 2 days".... its already 3..

Check your shipping template / shipping settings and see if Automated Shipping is turned on. If it is, turn it off.
Automated Shipping overrides any handle time / shipping transit time that you have set and determines what the estimated delivery time should be.
Once Automated Shipping is turned off, your estimated delivery times will be calculated based on your settings using the following formula ...
Handle Time + Shipping Transit Time = Estimated Delivery Time

I've just posted the same problem...If a Book sells today & It's Late if not shipped today...Any Ideas...
Great if I can ship same day but can't always ...
