My Payout is Cancelled by Amazon and That amount is not showing anywhere
On our last payment disbursement, after the payment had passed the scheduled and processing phase, it showed a notification under Payout Status that it was cancelled. The next payout would happen at the next payment date.
We didn’t receive any email or any other notification of this cancellation, as we needed to go directly to the disbursement page to see it was cancelled. At the bottom of the summary page for that specific disbursement, there was a message stating " Amazon has canceled your transfer of funds. For more information, see Account under Review" Upon clicking that notification, it let us know that our account was under review and that a notification was sent to our Performance Notifications with more information. There wasn’t any notification there either.
My Main concern is my payout amount is not showing anywhere, If the payout has been cancelled, the payout amount should be there in reserve or in the statement, But that amount is not showing anywhere.

I looked into your case and I am glad to see that there was a successful disbursement on 11/13/23. You can confirm the same by navigating to your Payments Dashboard and selecting the Disbursements tab. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account after the transfer is complete.
