Unable to Receive Verification Code – Need to Update Phone Number

Hello Amazon USA,

I have a question regarding my USA seller account. I need to change the phone number used for account verification on the USA account, as the provider has deactivated my previous number, and I’m no longer able to receive the security code.

I have contacted Amazon about this.. They sent me a link for video verification of the documents, but the link was empty, and nothing showed up.

Please help me resolve this as soon as possible.

This is a sellers forum for Amazon uk - not a direct line to Amazon. You need to contact the usa anyway as uk mods cant help.
