Customer could not find Amazon UPS return shipping label
In the past week, 2 customers contacted us that they could not see / find the Amazon automated UPS return shipping label upon choose the UPS return option. This had never happened before and we still receive returns almost everyday.
Both customers said they could only download the RRMA barcode and when they took the package to UPS store, they were told that is not the correct barcode. When I check those RRMA, I see the UPS tracking number. I am not located in US, so I have not personally used Amazon return as a customer. Could anyone help me with this or explain where my customer could find the UPS label? Obviously other customers have no issues with it.
PS. One of the customers said they used to return at Kohl's only and doesn't know how the UPS return works.
