Amazon Appeal Rejected in Less Than a Minute – Need Advice
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Amazon seller account appeals being rejected almost instantly. My latest appeal was rejected in less than a minute. Here’s a screenshot showing the time of submission and the time of rejection:

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas why this might be happening or how I can ensure my appeal gets a proper review?
Thanks for your help!

Some Amazon employees love to highlight that they know unique rules. This is one of them.
If you submit similar things or identical files, you will get denied instantly.
You can try changing the file name of whatever you are trying to submit or just changing the phrasing. However, it appears you have submitted many appeals. Amazon tends to just not answer anymore if you send too many appeals and you will be forced to wait (around 30 days) before you can submit anything again.

Based on the how many RA/OA listings you have it is also likely that this is over a brand that they know for a fact that you don't have permission to sell. Why look at any submission for brands that aren't allowed on the platform in the first place. (think Nike)

Hello @Seller_kM8mAhxN4mM34,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your rejected information.
As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, we will need a bit more information as to what the specific concern was, this will help us better understand your specific situation and offer additional guidance.
As mentioned by @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbv, this depends on the situation. An example of this would be if a plan of action is provided when documentation such as invoices are required, or if the same document is provided repeatedly after being rejected, thus we can see the submission does not meet our requirements and is rejected.
Typically, if documents are rejected you will need additional or supporting evidence validating them for them to be accepted on resubmission's.
Can you advise what was provided in these appeals and what was requested?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
