INFORM TAX ID VERIFICATION - ACCOUNT AT RISK OF DEACTIVATION
Hi,
I'm a home decor category seller based in India. My account is currently at risk of deactivation due to Tax ID Number verification failure.
My business is a sole proprietorship so my firm's Income Tax number (PAN) in India is also my personal Income Tax Number (PAN). I submitted my PAN card (Amazon has actually written to submit the PAN Card). However, after submitting the PAN Card, the verification failed.
Can Amazon support please guide me on what to do? I'm worried if I'm doing everything correctly.
Below are the details I submitted in the TAX ID Questionnaire -
What is your tax classification? INDIVIDUAL
Name (as shown on your income tax return) and address? FABRITUAL
Tax Identification Number (TIN)? ENTERED PAN CARD
Upload Supporting Document? ENTERED PAN CARD PDF
COonsent and sign? ENTERED FULL NAME AS "FABRITUAL"

I wanted to confirm with you a few details you provided. You mentioned that you were an individual, but the name and full name are listed as your store. Can you confirm that this is what your account was registered with and that all the information matches?
Any inconsistencies with your account information and documentation will cause it to be rejected.
