SFP - Royal Mail not on Buy Shipping for Some Orders
We have been using SFP for some orders.
Usually DPD, Evri (Hermes UK) and Royal Mail on Buy Shipping.
However, for Some Orders RM no longer seem to be there, only Evri and DPD - showing on tick boxes in carrier filter (I even removed both of them from SFP Prime shipping and they still showed as the only options)
Any ideas as SS useless as always with a paste and copy answer.

Amazon monitor Royal Mail performance, if the performance drops in a particualar area, then they extend the delivery dates to suit, for SFP this would mean that the items potentially would not reach the customer in time, and hence why it would not be available.

Unfortunately this is a known issue with SFP. Amazon will remove couriers if they think 'in their opinion' that the level of service will not reach customer next day. It makes no difference to how you configure in background - those settings are ignored in favour of what Amazon want.
Amazon make the assumption you are a big seller with multiple accounts with lots of different couriers and so them telling you to use a different courier is acceptable. When I was doing SFP they kept removing Royal Mail and only giving me Evri as an alternative. But with Evri I had no collection arranged so would have to take the parcels on a 20 mile round trip to nearest drop off facility - at the same time as my Royal Mail collection for the rest of my parcels was also due - Impossible to do! This was a few years ago. Now, as I understand it, the labels Amazon give out for Evri have to be collected - they not work at a drop off centre so I would (if I still did SFP) be snookered as I have no account with Evri.
I gave up on SFP a couple of years ago. Instead I reduced prices (as no longer had to offer free next day tracked delivery) and moved the option into Premium delivery settings. Customers can now choose when to upgrade and pay premium if they want it fast and I am not penalising those customers who are prepared to wait an extra day.with a higher price. Despite Amazon insistence customers 'like' free fast delivery and pushing Prime I found it made no difference to my sales at all. Obviously, it will depend somewhat on the items you are selling but for me it made no difference at all - I didnt lose sales.
However, when I was using SFP here are some tricks I found out when Amazon offered me a courier other than Royal Mail that sometimes worked
1. Change the Prime order cutoff time to after 5pm then try to buy labels
2. Change your 'Shipping Setting Automation' - either disable or enable it
3. If neither of the above work, push the parcel through your Click & Drop account instead. As long as you do this for less than 3% of your SFP orders you will be ok
