Scammers are ruining me!
I have been selling my product on amazon for a little over a month. This was a product I designed myself in CAD, manufactured, shipped myself, the whole deal.
It got a lot of popularity really fast and I was sold out in a few weeks. While I am working to restock, no less than 20 copycats have stolen my images and are listing my product for sale. I know with 100% certainty that they do not have my product, or even a cheap knockoff. I performed test purchases.
These scammers send fake tracking numbers, claim the product got lost, and will delay until amazon pays them for the fake product sales. Then inevitably customers will complain, it will take 2 more weeks for amazon to process your evidence, they will be shut down, then rinse and repeat.
Claiming they stole my pictures is effective for all of 5 minutes until they repost cropped versions and start the process over.
It is absolutely criminal that honest sellers on Amazon are being driven out by scammers OF THEIR OWN PRODUCT. It makes me sick seeing my years of hard work and effort profiting scammers. Something needs to be done.
Do you have any suggestions?

Bottom line is no. Amazon created the feature of copying listings with one click, and it looks like scamming sellers are doing it all day long now, which is not what it was intended for.
Since Amazon created the ability to copy and duplicate any listing, Doubt if Amazon is going to do anything to stop it.

If you are a registered brand you can report the copyright infringement

Amazon has become a site of lying
- sellers lie and sell fake products - in jewelry the chinese sell fake gold- Amazon clearly allows it
Consumers lie - constantly
Amazon lies - look at the new reimbursement policy- where they use manufactured cost - which they have no idea what the cost is
Amazon warehouse associates help themselves to merchandise-
Then you have triangulation scams -
My only suggestion for this- if they order from you use Amazon buy shipping, when they claim its lost- tell them to open an A to Z claim. When you reply to the claim make sure you tell them you used Amazon buy shipping and their policy is that they cover it.

Amazon is the worlds largest scamming website. expect nothing less than theft, abuse, loss of money, and mental health deterioration.
Amazon is the land of counterfeit and knock-off products. It is an unrelenting abuse of the patent system to the benefit of the bad guy.
Being a good, honest, hardworking company is grounds for brutal punishment on Amazon, by Amazon and its scamming customer base.
Get out before its too late!

I would try to go with the "transparency Program" also where there is counterfeit there is high demands which is good for you, keep faith also you can communicate about that to your clients ! Good luck to you

Look on Ebay. Your product will most likely be offered there as well.

Sell .20 cent items, then scammers pump your sales by increasing volume
