we have been selling on Amazon for 3 years and our account, bank, company had been verified no problem. I have received this year the dreaded verification process required message on the dashboard. We have provided all required information, including our law firm company registration documents, the registry office documents, the org chart stamped and signed, all shares details on the org chart and even an AML letter 2 times already both signed less than 2 months. And our company is partly owned by private equity so we have also shared the private equity shares and information and AML documentation. But the loop is never ending and they ask for more and more details and we are out of documents to show now. I have emailed the verification team directly, and also uploaded the documents merged together, I now have a 31 pages documents showing everything they requested.

How do i validate this?

We have been unable to sell over 2 months now and our company is in order. so I do not know what else to do. Seller support is not helping. email is not doing anything, uploading documents is also useless as we have uploaded any legal documents we had to show the set up of our company

any idea?
