Amazon Ignoring ASIN-Level Handling Time
We have an ASIN that has had a longer handling time set at the product level for years at this point.
It seems like recently that is being ignored, and Amazon is requiring the default account handling time, which for us is 2 days. Which, by the way, I had to unenroll us from automated handling times AGAIN.
Additionally, it is ignoring that our shipping location is closed on weekends.
Anyone else having this issue? Is this a known bug? Would be curious to hear what moderators think.

Hi @Seller_fr2VHDijPzGrj, when a product has a SKU-specific handling time, it should override the default handling time.
Amazon calculates handling time and transit time in business days. I'll have you double check your shipping templates to verify they are not automated. Amazon will automatically make a delivery promise over the weekend if the carrier enabled in your automated shipping template delivers over the weekend to the customer ZIP Code.
Check out this thread for some tips. If everything looks right in your settings, I will need to take a closer look. Let me know if you have spoken to Seller Support.
