We are having some problems with our Germany store. For background, we are brand registered and we already submitted EPR and was already approved in Germany. We’ve been selling in Germany for months now, too.

First, our uploaded images via image uploader won't reflect. We also tried deleting and relisting. We also uploaded via back end numerous times. Countless support cases and they kept on saying it would reflect in 48 hours. It never does.

We reuploaded via image manager and it says we are not authorized to do some changes. I'll attach the screenshot of the error.

Also, one of our ASINs won't relist. It was flagged to be electronic and was required to have WEEE. However, we clarified it with support and they confirmed twice that it doesn't need to have WWE anymore. However, it won't relist yet. Same error – flagged as electronic. We sold this before, just randomly flagged.
