Amazon UK Account Deactivated, No Response
My Amazon UK Account was deactivated after a business name change. I’ve spent hours sending in the documentation they have requested and they will not respond. They keep sending the same email saying your account has been closed with no reason. They have now disposed of $50,000 USD in inventory without us being able to get in touch with a human. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Has anyone gone through this before? Claire

Did you change an existing business name or registered a new business? in order to sell continuously, you will need to show change of documentation to Amazon Seller centre agent for example company name and address, or director change.

My account was deactivated in April and I sincerely considered it lost until a week ago they gave me an answer to a case that I had opened in May and they gave me some hope because they wrote to me from Health Account Support UK requesting information to verify my account . I have sent all the documents and even utility bills in my name and they always give me the same automatic response without telling me which document is missing or which one is giving an error. Is it possible to talk to set up a call with the verification team in the United Kingdom to provide a solution as soon as possible because I have not been able to start selling at the moment?
