If you have further questions to address to the documents verification team, you can write down a case and the colleagues should transfer it internally to them.
If you have doubts on how to do so, do not hesitate on contacting the Account Health support Department.
Thanks to @Seller_0XHQMBeWtXyGgfor the contribution, however I think that the email kyc-drtax-verification@amazon.it is related to the new policy Determination of "Establishment" for EU VAT. Here's the link of it:
