Two-step verification is impossiable to change the phone number
The main account holder changed his phone number and now none of the staff can access their accounts. We have supplied our I.D.s for the 2-factor authorization and do not get responses. At this point our whole staff has to share the one account that does not ask for the authorization. We have changed the number with amazon. This is an ongoing problem, and we cannot find a solution. Can someone please assist?

Hello there, my name is CR and hopeful I can get you some information here.
You will need to have the primary user be the one to reset this. No one else will be able to reset the 2FA outside of the primary user unfortunately.

Who is a primary or secondary user?
A primary user, also known as the account administrator, is the one who registers a new Seller Central account. The primary user will have access to every page and feature that their account type offers.
A secondary user is the one invited by the primary user, through the user permissions page. A primary user can grant certain permissions to a secondary user. A secondary user won't be able access the user permissions page unless a primary user makes them an administrator.
Please let me know if I am misunderstanding the situation here.

Consider changing over to an authenticator app long term. I know this doesn't solve your immediate problem. But. I wanted to plant the seed because we had this nightmare as well until we finally just switched to that form of authentication.
