I have repeatedly emailed handmade-store-appeal-review@amazon.com (from the original account email) with:

• Proof of my handmade process (photos/videos of design → printing → sewing grommets → packaging)

• Invoices for raw materials and factory collaboration

• Screenshots showing a competitor selling identical items in Handmade

But each time I get only an auto‐reply and no human review. My ASINs B0FFGPG8BT are now deactivated for Handmade. I opened Case #18032378341 and got a generic response.

**Questions**:

1. Which exact email or portal should I use to appeal my Handmade eligibility?

2. Can someone from the Handmade Integrity Team please review my submitted evidence?

3. If further details are needed (video, factory certificate, etc.), please let me know exactly what to send and to whom.
