My product was sent to the DTM1 warehouse in Germany using AGL and cant be sold properly
Customer service told me that my product was sent to the DUS2 transit warehouse by mistake and could not be transferred to the normal warehouse.
I can only create a removal order and reship it myself!
Why is this a problem? I need to get my items on the shelves for sale as soon as possible, I haven't done anything wrong, so why can't I get my products on the shelves properly for me?
