Unable to use Send to Amazon
I was using Send to Amazon, selecting (Non-partnered carrier) in the second step, and after confirming, I jumped to the third step, which automatically became (SEND (Amazon Partnered Carrier)), causing me to be unable to proceed to the next step.
I tried again, and it's still the same.
I am currently unable to send any items to Amazon and would like to receive assistance
