opening a-z claims for INR??
i don't understand.. doesn't Amazon give customers 24hours to allow sellers to resolve issues? I've had two a-z claims opened today for item not received but I wasn't even given a chance to respond. If tracking shows not delivered obviously ill give a full refund but I'm not even given an opportunity.

not good enough. If a buyer states they didn't get the package, it doesn't matter what tracking says. You should use Amazon Buy shipping for INR protection

Hello @Seller_TD8kClMwLYBMd,
Thank you for posting on Seller Forums. There are opportunities to file an A-Z Claim Appeal and I have included a Seller Central help page below with details. However, as this appears to be a valid claim with tracking confirming INR, this may not be an effective path. There are serval recommendations to reduce/prevent A-Z Claims. One method include utilizing Amazon Buy Shipping. Utilizing this service doesn't prevent a buyer from filing an A-Z Claim for INR items but Amazon does cover the cost of those claims as long as certain requirements are met.
Kindest regards,
