It is extremely regrettable that I truly do not believe that Amazon Egypt's management fails to control the delivery. How can we trust a delivery agent affiliated with the world's largest market who steals and replaces products? How can we trust Amazon anymore if it is unable to prevent the theft and replacement of orders by the agent? Yesterday, I shipped an order, and it was photographed before shipment and upon receipt of the return. It turned out that the item did not reach the buyer. The buyer refused it, meaning that the buyer did not receive the order, so we can say that the buyer stole the orders, but in fact, the buyer did not receive his own order and refused to accept it. This means that now the order is only in the possession of the agent, not the buyer. The main suspect now, and with all confidence, is the delivery agent or the shipping company. The shipment was indeed replaced with a fake shipment by the agent. Amazon Egypt has truly failed in every sense of the word, a miserable failure in managing the Egyptian market.

إنه لأمر مؤسف للغاية حقا أنا لا أصدق أن تفشل إدارة أمازون مصر في رقابة التوصيل كيف يكون لنا أن نثق في مندوب توصيل تابع لأكبر سوق في العالم يقوم بسرقة وتبديل المنتجات كيف لنا أن نثق في أمازون بعد الآن إذا كانت غير قادرة علي منع سرقة الاولدرات وتبديلها من قبل المندوب قمت أمس بشحن طلب وتم تصوير قبل الشحن وبعد الاستلام المرتجع وتبين أن الطب لم يصل إلى المشتري تم الرفض من قبل المشتري يعني ذلك أن المشتري لم يستلم الطلب حتى نقول إن من سرق الطلبات هو المشتري ولكن بالفعل لم يستلم المشتري الطلب الخاص به ورفض الاستلام هذا يعني أن الآن الطلب في حوزة المندوب فقط وليس المشتري المتهم الرئسي الآن وبكل ثقي هو مندوب التوصيل او شركة الشحن تم تبديل الشحنه بشحنه اخري مزيفه من قبل المندوب حقا امازون مصر فشلت بكل ماتحملة الكلمة فشل زريع في ادرارة السوق المصري
